Will I be able to make changes to the itinerary if I am not interested in a few of the attractions that are listed in the itinerary?

As our itineraries have been designed based on years of experience and feedback to provide our clients with a wholesome and affordable holiday experience, we would not be able to make changes to itinerary.

We understand that there will be clients whose needs will not be able to be fulfilled by our pre-designed itineraries and hence, would be happy to refer you to one of our Travel Consultants from our parent company, Quotient TravelPlanner for a bespoke holiday specially tailored to your requirements. Kindly note that a fully customised holiday will generally cost more than our pre-designed itineraries.

I am very interested in your EU-08 itinerary but can I reverse the sequence of the itinerary to start my trip in Milan and end in Rome?

Reversing or swapping the sequence of itineraries is generally not possible as it may not only affect the availability of many of the travel arrangements, but also impact the holiday experience we have put together.

I am interested in one of your itinerary but the trip duration is too short. I would like a longer holiday, can you arrange a trip extension for me?

Yes, of course. Please get in touch with us on weekdays between 9.30am to 6.30pm or email us about your requests and we can help you to arrange for an extension at the start and/or the end of your preferred itinerary.

Unfortunately, we are not able to add an extension mid-trip apart from the optional add-ons that are present in some itineraries without compromising the overall holiday experience. We would be happy to refer you to one of our Travel Consultants from our parent company, Quotient TravelPlanner for a bespoke holiday specially tailored to your requirements.

I am interested in one of your itinerary but the trip duration is too long. Can I shorten the trip?

Our itineraries are designed to all our clients to experience the highlights of each destination at an optimal pace hence, we will not be able to shorten them without compromising the overall holiday experience. We would be happy to refer you to one of our Travel Consultants from our parent company, Quotient TravelPlanner for a bespoke holiday specially tailored to your requirements.

I am looking to travel in 2 weeks' time, why is the date not available?

Our Ready to Tour itineraries are available for online booking up to 3 weeks prior to your intended travel start date. If you are looking to commence your holiday earlier, please get in touch with us on weekdays between 9.30am and 6.30pm, or email us at enquiry@quotienttravel.com and we will do our best to assist with your holiday.

What if I am very keen in a specific tour package from the Ready to Tour website but the dates that I would like to travel on are blocked out?

Some itineraries may not available for online booking due to availability during super peak travel period.

If your preferred travel dates are not available, please get in touch with us on weekdays between 9.30am to 6.30pm or email us. We will advise you on the availability of your travel arrangements and any additional peak period supplement to the Land Tour Price.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of persons that can travel on each of your itineraries?

To offer our clients quality and intimate holiday experience at affordable prices, our itineraries are generally designed for small groups of from 1 or 2 travellers to 6 travellers. Some self-drive itineraries may have a smaller limit due to vehicle capacity constraints.

So what happens if I have more than 6 travellers?

If your preferred itinerary is not available for online booking due to your group size, please get in touch with us on weekdays between 9.30am to 6.30pm or email us. We will do our best to cater to your requirements or refer you to our parent company, Quotient TravelPlanner to customise a suitable itinerary for you.

I have a specific dietary requirement, will you be able to cater to it?

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirement by dropping us a call on weekdays between 9.30am to 6.30pm and or email us we will advise if the itinerary you are interested in is able to meet your needs. Otherwise, we would be happy to refer you to one of our Travel Consultants from our parent company, Quotient TravelPlanner for a bespoke holiday specially tailored to your dietary requirements.

Will there be any special assistance if I am travelling with a disabled/wheelchair bound member?

Please indicate any requirement for special assistance at the time of booking and we will relay it to the relevant parties that (e.g. hotels, vehicle service, tours and etc.). However, we cannot guarantee and do not take responsibility for the actual fulfilment of such requests.

We strongly recommend that you consider the services of our parent company, Quotient TravelPlanner which specialises in customised holidays and will be able to design itineraries that take into account of your specific needs.

My child is currently 11 months' old, does he/she have to pay?

Travellers that are under the age of 2 during the entire period of travel will be considered as infant and thus, enjoy free travel. Travellers between the age of 2 to 11 qualify as Children and hence, given reduced Land Tour Price for some itineraries. We will try to make suitable arrangements such as cots and child-friendly amenities, whenever available, for groups with young travellers.

I want to travel to Greece but there is no Child and Infant option to select the number of travellers for your EU-29 Escape to Greece itinerary. Can I bring my children on this trip?

Some of our itineraries may be less suitable for young travellers but feel free to get in touch with us on weekdays between 9.30am to 6.30pm or email us and we will advise on whether the itinerary can be adjusted to suit your requirements.

Would I be able to cancel/postpone my trip if the country I am travelling to is facing issues that may put me and my family in danger (e.g. riots, disease outbreak, etc)?

In the event of a trip cancellation or postponement, your booking will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of our local tour partners. Our team will do our best to assist you but will not be able to guarantee the outcome.

For your best interest, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance as soon as you have confirmed your holiday booking with us. We will support you with the required documentations to furnish your travel insurance claims.

How often would I be updated once I've purchased a package from the Ready To Tour website?

Upon receipt of your booking deposit, we will get back to you within 3 working days to confirm the availability of all the travel arrangements for your holiday. If any of the arrangements are not available, we will offer you alternatives that will not impact on the overall holiday experience.

Any balance payment is to be made no later than 3 weeks prior to the commencement of your tour and we will contact you at least 7 days prior to the commencement of your tour to arrange for a delivery of your Travel Pack.
